RMAI

R.M.A.I. History

The Regina Motorcycle Association Incorporated was formed in 1982. Comprised of a membership limited to 21 active members; we are a non-profit service club dedicated to promoting a better image for motorcyclists while bettering our community through donations to many local charities.

Originally conceived to form an organized body of motorcyclists to host the growing Labour Day motorcycle rally in Ceylon, it has since grown to encompass many R.M.A.I. events. Events such as a motorcycle parts swap meet, our annual toy run parade, as well as a poker run to Findlater, and a Canadian Blood Services endorsed blood donor clinic.

We have always been non-political, non-biased and welcome anyone at our events. Currently we donate to many local causes including the cancer ward and palliative care at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, Chip and Dale housing and the Salvation Army to name but a few. We are also a member of the partners for life with Canadian Blood Services.

As well we host assorted dances, poker runs and scavenger hunts throughout the year. We also help with other motorcycle events such as the CF run and motocross races. With help from corporate sponsor Molsons, and yearly dues paid by each member we can maximize our charitable donations while still giving motorcyclists in Regina affordable events.

Thank you very much for your support and interest in the Regina Motorcycle Association Inc.
