ASouth Sask Gear Heads had a great weekend for venues from grass drags to oval track racing, Dyno Days at Prairie and Thunder City’s Fall Classic. There was more than a person could take in on Saturday. The cool, super windy day may have kept some people at home and for those venturing out Murphy’s Law reared its ugly head at the Dyno Days. I am not sure what happened to the dyno but it happed early in the day and there is no tech support on weekends to help fix it.

With that out of the way it just meant there was more time to shop for bargains. The sport bike association did not have a great turn out for their BBQ in support of breast cancer research but luckily big Gord showed up and ate like a large crowd.

No matter what is thrown at the motorcycling community in Regina from bad weather to mechanical glitches, we certainly have great support for all our functions. Speaking of support, the Sask Safety Council is looking for instructors for their motorcycle training program. If interested call Barry at 757-3197. You need at least 3 years riding experience and your own licensed motorcycle. It is a fair bit of work but very gratifying.
